We don’t use chemicals, pesticides or anything harmful in and around our gardens. All fruits and vegetables are organic, harvested according to seasonality. Our little farm has chickens that give us fresh eggs daily. As to all other ingredients, we always buy from organic local small producers. The kitchen canteen is open on request for snacks and aperitivo. Or you can always head to the kitchen and grab a bottle of local wine yourself.
