01. RESERVATION
・To confirm your reservation we ask for a 50% deposit of the total amount
・50% final payment must be received 7 days prior to arrival
・It is paid by bank transfer
02. SECURITY DEPOSIT
・A security deposit of 1000€ is required to be paid one week before arrival
・It will be refunded within 7 days after check out
・Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.
03. CANCELLATION POLICY
・30 days prior your arrival: 50% of deposit refunded
・Less than 30 days prior your arrival: no refund of deposit
04. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
・Check in time: from 3pm to 6pm
・Check out time: 11am
The two-bedroom apartment is the oldest section of the entire property. Carefully restored to its original charm, it has magnificent old wooden doors and windows, the historic kitchen hearth (il focolare). The terrace has stunning views of the mountains sliding into the sea and of the Casa’s courtyard.
The apartment is 108 sqm and it includes a dining room connected to the fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room, two king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms.
